Rice soup with dill - the best remedy for stomach problems

If you are complaining of stomach problems or a cold and need a quick home remedy, then our recipe is perfect for you. Our rice soup with dill is super quick and easy to prepare and also contains many nutrients and electrolytes and is very easy to digest, making it perfect for stomach problems.

Ingredients for one serving:

  • 150g rice (basmati rice)
  • 1L water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • a vegetable onion
  • a clove of garlic
  • Salt
  • fresh dill

Attention! Please do not use pepper as it irritates the stomach!!


  1. Wash the rice thoroughly to remove the starch.
  2. Chop the onion and garlic and put them in a pot with the rice.
  3. Pour 1L of water into the pot and add salt to taste. Then add a tablespoon of oil.
  4. Now bring everything to the boil.
  5. The soup is ready once the rice is cooked soft.
  6. Serve the finished soup in a bowl and then garnish with dill.
