For the blueberry pancakes:

- 150 ml milk
- 2 eggs (size M)
- 3 tbsp oil
- some oil for the pan

Preparation:
- Wash the blueberries and pat dry. Mix the flour, baking powder, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add the milk and stir to form a smooth dough. Stir in the eggs and oil.
- Heat a pan, add a little oil and spoon the batter into it. Carefully sprinkle the prepared blueberries into the batter. Cook the pancakes on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
- Drizzle the finished pancakes with maple syrup and garnish with fresh blueberries.
