A healthy breakfast with power: blueberry porridge recipe

Blueberry Porridge Recipe

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 350 ml milk
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • Blueberries as desired

Time:

  • 15 minutes total time
  • 5 minutes preparation
  • 10 minutes cooking & resting time

Preparation:

  1. Bring the milk to a simmer in a saucepan and add the oat flakes. Stir regularly until it becomes a creamy porridge.
  2. Stir in honey and add blueberries. Season with a pinch of cinnamon.

Tip: If the mixture becomes too thick, simply dilute it with a little milk.
