Blueberry smoothie for an energy kick

Fruity freshness in a glass:

A glass full of freshness and healthy energy: the blueberry smoothie, which is not only delicious but also promises a touch of vitality. This easy 4-serving recipe is not only quick to prepare, but is also full of antioxidants from blueberries.

Ingredients (for 4 servings):

Generally:

  • 2 bananas
  • 300 g blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 500 g whole milk yogurt
  • 1 pack vanilla sugar
  • 2 tsp honey
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Preparation:

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. Wash fresh blueberries or thaw frozen blueberries. Mix the blueberries together with yogurt, bananas, vanilla sugar and honey in a blender or with a hand blender until creamy.
  2. Pour the finished smoothie into glasses, garnish with mint leaves and serve immediately with ice cubes if necessary.
